We consider individual client satisfaction to be the central maxim of what we do. In our dialogue with the client, we are committed to a high quality of consulting and search for tailor-made and flexible solutions.
When advising institutional clients, we follow a different approach: we distinguish between the client and the mandate. Our Investment Advisory constitutes an extra consulting level, so that we can support our clients in Asset Management with a three-tier strategic service approach.
The Relationship Management team is the first point of contact for institutional investors. This team is in charge of the acquisition phase and of general customer support services across all mandates.
The Investment Advisory team supports the Relationship Management team in all technical questions. This team is composed of experts for the various investment strategies and is responsible for looking after existing mandates.
The Portfolio Management team is responsible for implementing our investment strategies, most of them quantitative, and for monitoring their performance.
Institutional investors are thus optimally looked after in every phase and for every mandate.
