Payments/Documentary business
We have the pleasure to provide services to our domestic and international customers mainly engaged in cross border trade and in all shipping related activities. Experienced and highly qualified staff in the Payment and the Documentary Business section ensure the smooth settling of domestic and international payment transactions.
By participating in the Euro-clearing systems of the ECB (TARGET2) and of the Euro Banking Association – EBA (STEP1/EURO1) as well as thanks to our worldwide network of correspondent banks, we are in a position to settle all commercial transactions in almost all currencies and continents reliably and as quickly as possible.
Besides the settlement of all commonly used domestic and foreign payment transactions (transfers, direct debits, cheques), we are equipped to also make the advantages of the Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA) available to our customers.

In order to use our payment services electronically, we provide to our customers two different electronic banking systems which offer a swift, safe and efficient exchange of data and information - MultiCashTM and our Online Banking.
To assist our customers with their documentary business we offer a quick and safe handling and settlement of Collections and Letter of Credit transactions.
