One-on-One Meetings
Please note that all meetings are subject to availability. Your schedule will be sent to you nearer to the event.
Agenda
The conference agenda will be available online over the coming weeks.
Transfers
There will be a shuttle service from Ascot station throughout the conference, upon arrival please make your way to the the Berenberg Bank Conference nameboard. There will also be shuttles at the end of each day back to the station. If you have requested a transfer from a London airport and sent your flight confirmation, your transfer details will be sent to you nearer to the conference. If we have not received your flight confirmation, please send them through to natalie.meech@berenberg.de
Evening Entertainment
On Wednesday 1st December we will host a four course dinner followed by various tasting tables in the Ascot Bar, offering a more relaxed environment.
We would be delighted if you could join us for our Gala Dinner on Thursday 2nd December, following which there will be various evening entertainment.
Dress Code
The dress code throughout the entire conference is business attire.

Berenberg Bank will book accommodation on your behalf. Rooms will be assigned nearer the event. There are four categories of accommodation available:
Traditional Guest Room - Up to £100
Junior Suite - Up to £150
Suite/Apartment - Up to £200
Exclusive Suite - Up to £250
