Our local presence, with teams in Germany, France, Switzerland and the United Kingdom, allows us to serve our clients locally and in their own language. Our sales team is comprised of specialists and generalists, providing our clients with expert industry knowledge, as well as sound insights into investors’ relevant markets.

Our direct access to international fund managers – based on long-standing relationships – and our partnership structure allows us to make decisions immediately and act very quickly, which provides us with unrivalled abilities in the execution and placement of capital increases. This is the foundation for our position as one of the most trusted partners for our small- and mid-cap clients.

We also support our clients' investment decisions by bringing them into direct contact with the managing boards of listed companies. This takes place either in the form of management roadshows (we carried out 350 in 2009) or in the form of individual client visits (the logistical and organisational aspects of which are arranged by us). In addition, we regularly organise investor conferences at which selected companies are available to investors for presentations and one-on-one meetings at board level.
