The bank’s first annual balance sheet following the currency reform disclosed a capital of 0.25 million euros and a business volume of 1.5 million euros. Today, its liable equity amounts to 213.3 million and the balance sheet total to 3.2 billion euros. Berenberg Bank currently manages about 25 billion euros.
