The professionals aged more than 50 years took part in 16 tournaments on the European Senior Tour 2009. However, the successful series of the golfing legends is not limited to the European continent: tournaments also take place on Barbados or in Brunei. In 2010 the tour went for the first time to South Africa: in the year of the FIFA World Cup, the Berenberg Bank Masters took place in Fancourt. The golfers played on the spectacular The Links course from 26 to 28 March 2010.
