Professional IT as a success factor

Fair Company: a matter of conviction.
For us, fairness is a non-negotiable. We cannot expect interns to be fully committed and fully willing unless we offer them the right conditions, as defined by the Fair Company initiative. By joining this initiative, we’re demonstrating that we support its objectives and approve its rules.
The five rules of fair companies:
- They do not replace full-time positions with interns, volunteers or the like.
- They do not fob off university graduates who applied for a permanent position with an internship.
- They do not lure interns with the vague prospect of a full-time position afterwards.
- They offer internships primarily for professional orientation during higher education.
- They pay interns adequate compensation.
