Berenberg Aktien-Strategie Deutschland – our flagship fund

Know-how and experience – Berenberg’s Germany-focused fund combines both of these factors for success. It takes advantage of the expertise of Germany’s oldest private bank and bears the signature of Henning Gebhardt, whose reputation precedes him as an equities expert. The renowned fund manager has been applying his tried-and-tested investment philosophy to the actively managed Berenberg Aktien-Strategie Deutschland equity fund since mid-June 2017. Large cap stocks and small and mid caps: Henning Gebhardt focuses on blue chip stocks and adds a flexible portion of second tier stocks to the mix. His recipe for success is based on the targeted selection of equities with strong growth potential. He also keeps watch for undervalued equities.

Germany is in excellent economic shape. Europe’s leading national economy offers interesting investment prospects: car manufacturers, chemical and pharmaceutical companies, a strong retail sector and last but not least innovative IT specialists. There are promising candidates amongst blue chips and hidden champions. They all benefit from Germany’s excellent economic conditions.

„For me, growth and prospects for success are the decisive factors.“
