We support both financial investors and medium-sized companies in the context of complex financing projects.
We cover both buyouts and the acquisition of minority stakes. In addition, we also support companies in the strategic acquisition of another company (corporate-to-corporate acquisition). The loans we structure should generally exceed € 25millions and can run as high as triple-digit million euros if the loan funds we manage are involved. In addition to providing classic senior structures to finance an acquisition, we have also established ourselves in recent years as a leading super senior financier in cooperation with large private debt funds. In partnership with the European Investment Bank (EIB), we can also reliably support corporate clients with greater financing needs for working capital as part of transaction financing. We have many years of structuring and transaction experience and combine our integrated corporate finance experience with broad capital market expertise.
We support companies both on an ongoing basis and when it comes to specific transactions. Our integrated advisory services range from the analysis and optimisation of existing financing structures to the identification of suitable financing instruments based on individual financing premises. We support you independently in discussions with banks and check all financing documents for commercial components and marketability.
